The role, based in Milton Keynes, will require you to initiate, manage and conduct research and evaluation in labour market intelligence; productivity and performance; sector and industry specific skills needs and
benchmarking.
We are looking for someone who can:
- Develop and select appropriate research methodologies and instruments.
- Apply recognised quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques.
- Present results in a clear and concise way to non-research orientated audiences.
- Obtain, analyse and evaluate data from a variety of national, international regional and local sources.
You will also have:
- A knowledge and understanding of proprietary research related software systems.
- The intellectual ability to think strategically and develop attractive new products to time, quality and cost.
- Strong influencing, negotiating and communications skills.
