SPF Low Carbon Research Project

This low carbon skills research project addresses the issues experienced by employers, partners and stakeholders in the SummitSkills footprint in Wales. It looks at the demand, supply and employers’ experience of environmental technologies in theWelsh BSE sector, and identifies a number of issues that are significantly different from that previously predicted by UK experts.
This research was carried out by SummitSkills as part of the Delivering Low Carbon Skills Project, which is led by ConstructionSkills in partnership with Asset Skills, SummitSkills and Energy & Utility Skills with and supported by the Welsh Assembly Government’s Sector Priorities Fund Pilot (SPFP) programme. The SPFP also receives additional support from the European Social Fund (ESF).
