Higher Education development in NW

A range of provision in the North West has been funded through the Higher Level Skills Pathfinder and is now in place through two local universities:
- The Foundation Degree in Building Services Engineering
- The Foundation Degree in Building Services Engineering, led by an employer-led steering group and developed against the SummitSkills national framework, is offered through Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU) and University of Central Lancashire (UCLan).
The Foundation Degree at both LJMU and UCLan is recognized by CIBSE. Over 50 employees from across the region have already commenced on this new Foundation Degree.

Each university is developing Degree and Post Graduate provision for Building Services Engineering.
Environmental Technologies CPD Units
Both Universities are interested in offering CPD Units for the Environmental Technologies within the Building Services Engineering Sector Footprint to meet employer demand. Contact as above if you are interested
