NWDA funding for Leading Enterprise & Development

07 Jul 2010

SummitSkills is encouraging small businesses in the region to find out more about Leading Enterprise and Development (LEAD), an innovative leadership programme designed specifically for businesses with up to 20 employees in England’s North West.

LEAD can help owner/managers to develop their leadership skills, find out how to expand their company or get support to develop new business processes.  It also provides access to a peer support network where they can benefit from shared advice and experience.

The ten-month programme, requiring just two or three days commitment per month, is supported by the North West Development Association (NWDA).  This high value course results in a maximum cost of £2,000 to the business.  You can find out more about the funding available through the Train to Gain Leadership and Management Advisory Service, which could help to further reduce this cost.

LEAD is available in the north west of England - please consult the
list of providers to identify the most suitable option for your business.
