Updated: Important information for colleges and training providers

SummitSkills has been advised under the Apprenticeship, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009 that – effective Wednesday 13 April 2011 – the fee charged for producing apprenticeship framework certificates will be £25.00 (previously £30.00).

Framework certificate requests with a completion date on or before 12 April 2011 will be charged £30.00 and issued on the existing style of certificate.

All requests with a completion date of 13 April 2011 onwards will be charged £25.00 and issued on the new style certificate.

We expect to receive the new certificates shortly and are therefore now able to accept certificate requests again. New certificate request forms are available on the Certification and registration page of our website.  Please note that for apprenticeships completed on or after 13 April 2011, there is a new requirement for apprentices to sign a declaration as part of the certificate request. No certificates will be issued without this declaration signed by the apprentice.
