Industrial Fellowship Scheme grants available: limited call out

SummitSkills is encouraging Further Education (FE) lecturers to find out more about some new grants that have just been announced.

The New Engineering Foundation is offering a limited number of grants to FE college lecturers to pursue secondments as part of the Industrial Fellowship Scheme.  The focus is on low carbon technologies and sustainable energy sources.

Limited to lecturers in FE colleges, this call-out is intended to support the transition of the United Kingdom towards a low carbon economy by means of engaging lecturers with industries working at the forefront of low carbon and sustainable energy initiatives.  Each successful applicant will receive a grant of £4,000 to support their secondment for a period of 3 weeks.
