About the group
The main aim of the group is to promote the building services engineering sector as one that has excellent opportunities for all who join, and to encourage a more diverse workforce within the sector by influencing the breaking down of barriers to employment for under-represented groups.
Currently the group has members consisting of employers, trade and professional associations and stakeholders throughout the sector.
The partners within the group aim to address the importance of careers, diversity, gender balance and training and see that these are fully understood by all within the sector.
