Careers Roadshows

SummitSkills hits the road to showcase the wealth of exciting careers available across the building services engineering sector!

In a series of bright new roadshows across regions and nations, we bring the sector to people aged between 14-19, their tutors, parents and carers, demonstrating just how rewarding our careers can be.

These events give the potential workforce of the future the chance to find out crucial information about the sector's business and industry, demonstrating work related learning and linking skills to the subjects and courses they are studying.

Staff from SummitSkills will be on hand to answer any questions and there will be a wide range of information for anyone interested in a career within the building services engineering sector. Copies of the Careers Map will be available for careers advisors and teachers which demonstrates the entry points and pathways to higher level engineering roles.

Visitors to the roadshow will also be be able to take part in a fun, interactive careers game designed to highlight sustainability and renewables, as players navigate through the fantasy holiday village, testing their skills and knowledge along the way.
