Train to Gain contract
SummitSkills support the BEST Ltd Train to Gain contract to fast-track into NVQ2/3 qualifications those remployees working within building services engineering, but lacking the relevant qualifications.
Employees can be assessed for skills already obtained by experience and 'topped up' without necessarily having to attend college. The assessment takes place on-site saving employers time and money, and multiple employees can be assessed at once.
