Free Services for 'Train to Gain' Skills Brokers

SummitSkills provide a range of free services to help the Skills Broker contact, inquire and get informed of employers quickly. The aim is to allow Skills Brokers to consider means of contact beyond what they had initially thought, to plan which methods to use over a time period and to build upon the expertise of others without having to 'reinvent the wheel'.

Should a broker be asked a training question that they do not know the answer, the SummitSkills operations manager can be a useful point of escalation. The usual methods of contact would be either phone or email.

Feedback Meetings

Meetings between the broker’s relationship manager, the SummitSkills national broker manager and the SummitSkills operations manager will be organised on a regular basis to review how we can resolve outstanding issues and better help one another.
