Strategic Plan 2008 - 2013
SummitSkills has recently published its strategic plan for the next five years, 2008-2013.
This document builds upon the excellent progress we have made in addressing the building services engineering skills agenda and clearly outlines our future ambitions.
The strategic plan sets out our six strategic objectives which are:
- employer engagement
- offering expertise, safeguarding and standards
- enhancing quality and delivery
- raising ambition
- effectiveness and evolution
- partnership approach
Each of these objectives is clearly explained within the document, and also sets out the work we will be carrying out over the five years to approach and achieve them.
